- Name, email, phone number — only when voluntarily provided
- Conversation transcripts (questions asked and AI responses)
- Timestamp and general geographic region
Automatically collected:
- IP address (anonymized after 30 days)
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited and time spent (via standard web analytics)
3. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver and improve our AI chat agent service
- Send you lead notifications from your chat agent
- Provide monthly performance reports
- Respond to your support requests
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising, third-party marketing, or profiling.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
- Client account data: retained for duration of subscription + 12 months
- Chat conversation data: retained for 24 months, then deleted
- Payment records: retained for 7 years (tax/legal requirement)
- Deleted on request within 30 days (except where legal retention applies)
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures: HTTPS/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We notify affected users within 72 hours in the event of a data breach.
