Terms of Service

1. The Service

Resolvedge Technologies ("Resolvedge," "we," "us") provides AI-powered chat agent services for local businesses. We build, deploy, and maintain AI chat agents trained on your business content ("the Service").

2. Free Trial & Subscription

• Your 7-day free trial begins when your AI agent goes live on your website
• No payment is collected during the trial period
• After 7 days, your chosen subscription ($197, $297, or $497/month) begins automatically
• Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month
• You may cancel at any time with no penalty (see Section 5)

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information for AI training
• Ensure you have rights to any content you provide us
• Not use the Service for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes
• Not resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Notify us promptly of any inaccuracies in your AI agent's responses

4. Our Responsibilities

• Deploy your AI agent within 48 hours of receiving your onboarding form
• Maintain 99%+ uptime for your chat agent
• Notify you immediately of any service disruptions exceeding 2 hours
• Keep your business data and customer leads secure and private
• Respond to support requests within 24 hours on business days

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing alex@resolvedge.com. Your AI agent will be deactivated within 24 hours of your cancellation request. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle if you cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial months already billed, but we may offer credits at our discretion.

6. Data Ownership

You own all data about your business and your customers. We are a data processor — we process data on your behalf and under your instructions. We do not claim ownership of any leads captured by your AI agent. Upon cancellation, we delete your data within 30 days (except where legal retention is required).

7. Limitation of Liability

Resolvedge is not liable for: (a) lost revenue or missed leads during service downtime, (b) incorrect information provided by your AI agent due to inaccurate training data you provided, (c) any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

While we train your AI agent on your provided content, AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. We recommend reviewing your AI agent's responses periodically. For sensitive topics (pricing, medical, legal, financial), configure your AI to direct visitors to speak with your team directly. Resolvedge is not liable for decisions made by visitors based on AI responses.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business content. We retain ownership of our technology, systems, and the AI agent infrastructure. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the AI agent on your website during your active subscription.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For US-based clients, disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration under JAMS rules if unresolved within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
